For the past 26 years, I have helped people move beyond survival

mode and reconnect with a sense of calm, confidence, and emotional freedom.  My approach blends evidence-based therapy with holistic 

nervous system support, helping clients address anxiety at the root - 

not just manage symptoms temporarily.
