Hi, I'm Dr. Lisa!
I understand how debilitating anxiety can be, as I struggled with it myself during my college years. This experience led me to pursue a career in psychotherapy and Anxiety coaching, with the goal of helping others overcome anxiety and live their life to the fullest. My 24 years of experience in the mental health field and 14 years of private practice have equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide personalized, compassionate care to each of my clients. It is my passion.
As the host of one of the top mental health podcasts in the world, my mission is to spread love and support to those dealing with anxiety and help them realize they are not alone. This is my way to reach more people, as I know I can't clone myself and help everyone.
